Implementation Consultant

Location: Dublin

General Scope for the Role

This is an exciting role offering the opportunity to interact with customers on varied projects globally.

The role involves implementing the AIMS product for Quest's clients. The initial training will be with our experienced implementation team on actual project rollouts. The successful candidate will then work on a variety of projects, either as part of a team or leading smaller implementations.

There is significant potential for learning and growth, with a transition to support roles possible after training. Over time, experienced Implementation Consultants may take on Pre-Sales and Project Management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Configure AIMS to meet client requirements.
Reconfigure new schemes or changes in existing clients.
Provide client consulting and advice.
Conduct client training and coaching.
Produce project-specific documentation.
Specify change control requirements.
Identify and report issues in AIMS.
Hold regular update meetings internally and with clients.
Travel to customer sites in Europe and Asia may be required.
Respond to issues via ticketing system during implementation.
Assist support staff in diagnosing and rectifying issues.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

3rd level qualification in IT or a related field.
Ability to organize work and drive customer tasks.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Strong attention to detail and task completion.
Team player.
Understanding of databases, SQL, and web technologies.
Good presentation skills.

Desirable Skills & Experience

Previous experience in a similar role.
Dutch or German language skills.
Experience in customer-facing roles.
