Job Title: Chef de Rang Waiter/Waitress (Live-in) - Wild Atlantic Way

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Chef de Rang Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a picturesque establishment located along the stunning Wild Atlantic Way. As a live-in team member, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the Wild Atlantic Way while delivering exceptional service to our guests. The ideal candidate should have a passion for hospitality, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Greet guests warmly and provide a friendly and efficient service throughout their dining experience.

- Set up and maintain tables and dining areas, ensuring they are clean, organized, and properly set according to established standards.

- Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff promptly.

- Serve food and beverages to guests with precision and attention to detail, ensuring an exceptional dining experience.

- Provide recommendations and answer guest inquiries regarding menu items, ingredients, and allergen information.

- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests, ensuring that all special dietary requirements or preferences are accommodated.

- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly resolve any concerns or complaints to ensure a positive dining experience.

- Collaborate effectively with other team members, including chefs, bartenders, and kitchen staff, to provide seamless service.

- Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment, adhering to food safety and health standards.

- Assist with general restaurant duties, including restocking supplies, handling payments, and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably as a Chef de Rang, Waiter, or Waitress.

- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu items, ingredients, and allergen information.

- A proactive and positive attitude, with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional hospitality.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Food safety and hygiene certification is desirable but not essential.

- Valid work permit or eligibility to work in the country where the establishment is located.
