Unijobs are currently recruiting for a variety of roles in Co. Mayo. The working week will consist of 35 hours, Monday - Friday. The rate of pay is €15.27 per hour. These are temporary roles running for various durations. Please note that successful candidates will be required to commence ASAP.

Purpose of the Post

To provide comprehensive administrative, clerical and secretarial support.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Preparation, checking & processing of data
Processing information
Clerical assistance
Maintaining / updating records as required
Correspondence management
Preparation of reports often to tight deadlines
Supporting research projects
Any other administrative support as requested
Any other duties that may be assigned
Create and update records and databases
Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
Assist colleagues as requested. Co-ordination of Meetings, Recording of Minutes/Actions
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent typing skills
Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to organise work with an organized manner.

Skills, Competencies and/or Knowledge:
