Position Summary:
As a Quality Assurance Specialist at Bentley, you will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team dedicated to advancing infrastructure for a better quality of life. Responsibilities:

Play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality across user interactions.
Conducting quality reviews, providing feedback, and implementing process improvements.
Collaborating with Industry Sales Engineers, Inside Sales Representatives, and Product Sales Engineers to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Work creatively, independently, and proactively to support Bentley's commitment to delivering exceptional user support and maintaining high standards of quality.
Deliver high-quality customer support and enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency through innovative solutions and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent training or experience.
At least 3 years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in a customer support or sales environment.
Proficiency in quality assurance tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong organizational and time management skills.
Detail-oriented, collaborative, adaptable, and open to feedback and continuous improvement.
Proactive, creative, and independent with a strong commitment to excellence.
