Location: Point West

Working Hours: 4 Days on, 4 Days off, 0700 – 1900

Salary: £27000

Contract: Permanent

Development Details:

This position is situated at the prestigious Point West Development in Kensington & Chelsea, in close proximity to Earls Court and the iconic Albert Hall. Boasting 400 residential homes, the development is complemented by convenient amenities such as a Sainsbury’s superstore and the David Lloyd Gym complex. Additionally, it is conveniently located within walking distance of Gloucester Road Tube station.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
As an Estate Operative at Rendall & Rittner, you will:

Be someone who cares passionately about creating a positive, clean, and safe environment for residents, guests, and your team.
Be a true expert in customer service, who uses this to engage, communicate and inspire others.
Understand Health and Safety processes at a residential development.
Have a good eye for detail, carrying out regular inspections and cleaning, reporting any defect and health and safety concerns.
Have the mindset of: your team matters to you, you support them, work together, and build strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.
