We are actively seeking an experienced Site Clerk to become a valuable addition to a prominent contractor involved in the ambitious redevelopment project of the Sportsground located in the vibrant heart of Galway City. This exciting venture boasts a substantial budget of €10 million. As a Site Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the construction site, overseeing administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating effective communication among various stakeholders. This opportunity offers the chance to be part of a significant project that will greatly impact the local community and contribute to the enhancement of Galway City's infrastructure.

Primary responsibilities for this Site Administrator position include:

Offering general administrative support to the Project/Contracts Manager

Utilizing an electronic document management system to oversee vital documents (such as drawings, drawing register, billing of materials, etc.)

Taking proactive charge of the facilities helpdesk, guaranteeing the swift logging and fulfilment of all requests.

Upholding robust Health & Safety standards

Cultivating and maintaining client relationships to ensure precise project delivery according to customer specifications

Experience required for this Site Administrator role:

Previous experience in a Site Admin ideally within a construction envoirnment

Ability to work independently and take initiative

Strong aptitude for team building

Experience with BCar is benificial.

Familiarity with ProCore, Fusion, or COIN's is preferred but not mandatory.

The offered salary for this Site Administrator position ranges from €35,000 to €40,000 based on experience + benifits
