The Opportunity

We are looking for Â Enterprise Business Development Representatives (BDRs) Â to join our dynamic sales team in Dublin.

In this role, youâll be on the frontline of Bounceâs growth, initiating meaningful conversations with senior decision makers, creating opportunities for our Account Executives, and helping shape how the worldâs biggest brands leverage consumer insights.

What Youâll Do

Proactively reach out to targeted prospects via calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
Develop and implement creative strategies to generate new business opportunities
Partner with Account Executives to build a high-value pipeline
Drive account expansion across US, UK, and European markets
Collaborate across teams including Marketing, Product, and Leadership
Build strong relationships to understand client challenges and position Bounce as the solution
Master tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Gong
Organise multi-channel prospecting cadences, balancing personalisation and scale
Track your activity and pipeline in HubSpot and consistently meet KPIs
Learn advanced consultative sales techniques like SPIN selling
Stay informed about market trends and the consumer insights landscape
