Responsibilities – How you contribute to the objectives and goals of HP Training:

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the team in ensuring the successful delivery of training projects. You will collaborate with a dynamic team, contributing to the overall operational excellence of our projects.

What you’ll do:

Coordination and execution of training programmes, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Collaborate with the team to maintain accurate documentation, including programme design, delivery, and assessment.
Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders, including clients, learners, and tutors.
Provide regular updates on project progress to the Operations Manager
Support the maintenance of a varied tutor panel, ensuring the right people are in place for programme delivery.
Assist in managing learning management systems and other training technology.
Collaborate with team members to address project challenges and ensure a collaborative working environment.
Ensure compliance with ETB requirements and Hartley People standards of excellence throughout the project lifecycle.
Contribute to the maintenance of ETB documentation, including programme design, delivery and assessment.

Requirements:

3-5 years demonstrated experience in a similar customer service, scheduling or project management role
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to follow through and quality
Full clean drivers licence
